First you must have Gmail account. If you don't have, create it right now. Registration on Gmail.
After you create Gmail, you have to create Youtube Channel. Some people think that, in order to get YouTube Partner, you must have at least 500 Subscribe & 10 000 Video views, but it is absolutely false.
Sign in on YouTube, and create your channel, it is not important what would be your channel's name. There is one think, you must write everything on your channel in English. After you create your channel, click edit, and write little description about your channel, of course in English and also choice United State in the Country section. After that you are allowed to switch Monetization. In order to switch this, click your avatar on the right top side and then click channel settings. Choice Monetizaiton category and click 'How will i paid?' and then 'associate an AdSense account'. Then click next, and fill application and submit it. After you submit your application, you will be redirected on the youtube channel. If you do everything correctly, your application will be approved. Usually it takes 24 hours to be approved. It is all, after your account will be activated, you can uploading your videos. Advertisements will be displayed automatically when you upload videos. You only have to share and make you channel popular.
Also, you can create blogger account. Link your blog and adsense and earn extra money. All of your earning will be counted in one adsense account. After you earn 10 Euro, Google will send you PIN code, and when it arrive, you can withdraw your money.
